Having your wedding on top of a mountain sounds like something you would hear about in a fairy tale, but Erin and Brendan made it happen, and it was stunning! Between the meetings, engagement session and the wedding, working with these two has been great, they were a kind, easy to work with and fun. I was not surprised when I saw how many family and friends came from out of state to celebrate there special day. I obviously had to start the blog off with a car shot, as you will see by looking through the blog, Erin and Brendan are big time car Subaru enthusiest (I mean they even used real car parts to hold up there cake for crying out loud!), Congrats to the two of them, and enjoy the blog!
For a day that started off with constant pounding rain and cloudy skies, it's amazing that just after the ceremony we were greeted with blue skies and rainbows! That was not the only bright part of the day, the fact that Yelena and Feryaz were about to embark on a new chapter in their lives as husband and wife out shined all. I had a wonderful time shooting their wedding and wish them nothing but the best. Enjoy some of the images below.
Shocker! Another un seasonably cold photo session! Mother nature is going to break sometime soon, I just know i! Although it was cold, I still had a great time with Rebecca & Clautaire. I am looking forward to shooting their wedding in Utica in July.
I was honored to be a part of Jennifer and Jaylon's wedding. This was an extra special day for the two of them due to their two wonderful children. They did a great job incorporating them into the wedding and making the day about "family" and not just two people getting married. The wedding ceremony and reception took place at Brunswick Greens.
This shoot was one for the record books. Although It's Spring here in upstate NY, you wouldn't know it. We had to deal with 25 mph wind gusts and a wind chill temp of 18 degrees. Seeing as I was cold while bundled up in my jacket with thermals underneath, I couldn't imagine how Lisa felt in her dress! On top of it all, this was an extended shoot, lasting a little over 2 hours! When all was said and done, I couldn't have asked for a better couple, they laughed in the face of the cold and were extremley cooperative. OVerall I think we had as good of a time as you can have in weather like this, and ended up with some great images that they will get to cherish for the rest of their lives.
The next two images are part of my "Signature Creative's". I will be taking a few images from each shoot and adding a little extra to them to create a piece of art that is sure to be unique.
